Services To Film are proud to work closely with our charity partners - Help For Heroes and Screenskills for whom we raise funds at our annual Gala Dinner and with whom we work closely for the VETERANS IN FOCUS initiative.
Services To Film are incredibly proud to have provided short term employment for over 1000 veterans as film extras in various productions. However, we are also committed to helping more veterans find long term employment in the UK film industry, and have partnered with Help For Heroes in order to do so.
The VETERANS IN FOCUS employment pipeline connects employers within the UK Film Industry to the pool of talent available from within the veteran Armed Forces community.
This began in 2018 with "Grips For Heroes", through which a group of 12 veterans attended a course delivered by Screenskills to learn how to apply their military skillsets within the UK film industry and make the vital contacts needed to build a second career after the military.

FUNDRAISING DINNER
Services To Film holds an annual dinner to raise funds for Help For Heroes and to fund our Veterans In Focus programme which we deliver in partnership with Screenskills at The National Film & TV School.
This years dinner was held on 8th October 2019 at The Cavalry & Guards Club (127 Piccadilly) and was sponsored by Carnival Films.
